LeadsBridge: The most effective way to transfer ad campaign leads to your CRM
If you’ve ever tried downloading leads data from your advertising platform and uploading it to your CRM, you know how complicated it can be.
Beyond that, transferring data between two platforms can be both time-wasting and inefficient. With these inefficiencies, it’s easy to lose valuable leads or data that can help you close your current prospects.
Whether you’re a solopreneur or you run an agency, these are problems you want to eliminate. After all, every potential customer that comes into your sales funnel is vital to your business operations.
What’s a possible solution to this issue? It turns out it’s not a manual solution.
Finding a tool that can connect your advertising platforms to your lead processing system will make your life easier and improve your marketing results.
Luckily, in this post, I want to talk about a tool achieving this for its users. LeadsBridge is a tool that acts as a pathway between your advertising platforms and lead management tools.
What are LeadsBridge’s features, and how can it make your marketing processes much more efficient? In this LeadsBridge review, I’ll dive into the vital details you need to know.
How to manage your leads efficiently with LeadsBridge
To begin using LeadsBridge, register an account and log in. Once you do this, you’ll land on your dashboard, where you have tools depending on the plan you’re using.
On the dashboard, you can see the number of leads you’ve synced with LeadsBridge today, 30 days ago, 60 days ago, and overall.
At the left sidebar, you’ll find the “Bridges” tab below the dashboard. To create your first bridge, click on the “+ Create new Bridge” button at the top of the left sidebar.
After doing this, you can select your data source and destination on the next page. Then click on “Continue.”
In the next step, you have to select the type of bridge you want to create. Here, there’s an option to choose between a simple and complex bridge.
Naturally, bridges aren’t created equal as you require different functions depending on the tools involved.
For instance, a bridge may just be to transfer email addresses to an email marketing tool. However, you may need another bridge to take email addresses from a campaign and add them to a specific segment in your CRM software.
Here, I’ve selected the complex bridge. This allows you to set more rules and have more functionality for your bridge. To make the configuration easier, LeadsBridge has provided links to documentation and a tutorial at the top right corner of your page.
Once you’re done setting up your bridge, you’ll see it in the bridges section.
Here, you can see all your bridges and edit them when necessary.
Facebook suite
At the left sidebar, you’ll find popular advertising platforms that most marketers use today. It’s no surprise that Facebook is one of these platforms.
With almost 3 billion monthly active users, many of your potential customers use Facebook. Beyond that, Facebook has built a robust advertising platform with various options for marketers.
To make processing your Facebook leads easier, LeadsBridge Facebook leads ads sync allows you to connect your Facebook account and track your leads here. When you click on the drop-down beside Facebook Suite, you’ll see the different options for linking your Facebook ads to other leads processing apps.
Before you can create bridges for your Facebook ads account, you need to connect it to LeadsBridge. If you click on “Dashboard,” you’ll get a prompt to do so.
Once you connect your account, you’ll see the ad accounts and system users. One popular Facebook ad type is lead ads.
With other ad types, you have to direct Facebook users to an external page before capturing their details. However, lead ads allow you to capture your leads’ details without them having to leave Facebook.
Instead of downloading your leads in CSV format, LeadsBridge allows you to link your Facebook leads to your CRM or email marketing software.
Another vital feature here is that you can see your custom audiences on LeadsBridge. These are Facebook users who already know your business.
This may be because they’ve visited your website or used your app before. In some cases, these users are already your customers or have engaged with your business before.
Naturally, these users will be receptive to your business. Even more, you can create a lookalike audience from your custom audience.
Being able to access your custom audiences on LeadsBridge audience sync makes it easy to create targeted campaigns with high conversion rates.
Whenever you run an ad campaign, you want to know how effective your ads have been. What results have you achieved?
With Conversions API, it’s easier to track events on your website that equate to conversions. These include form submissions, email subscriptions, phone calls, purchases, and more.
To create a Facebook Conversions API bridge for your offline tracking you have to add the right system user. When you’re through with that, click on “Conversions API.”
Then, click on “Add New.” After that, you can set up your pixel and select the data source. You can do this by configuring your source integration.
With the Facebook Suite, it’s easy to create targeted campaigns, transfer leads to leads processing software, and obtain leads data.
Google Suite
If you run search engine marketing (SEM) in your business, then you know the importance of running Google ads. An advantage that you can obtain from the get-go is that you have the ability to create ads for valuable keywords.
That said, Google ads provide tons of options to advertisers. You can direct them to a landing page, a sales page to purchase a product, or capture their information with the ad.
Now, you’ll agree with me that using a lead generation ad is faster, less costly, and more effective. Google lead form extensions and YouTube trueview for action form ads let you capture leads without a landing page.
Now, a possible issue is collecting your leads and transferring them to your CRM. Fortunately, LeadsBridge allows you to create bridges to solve this problem. Even better, you can create those form ads on LeadsBridge.
Once your lead generation ads are running, it becomes easy to create bridges to different CRM and email marketing tools. This helps to make your leads processing faster and more efficient.
For instance, you can create a Google lead form ads bridge with platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Facebook Custom Audiences, Webhook, and more.
Now, let’s use a webhook as an illustration. In this case, while creating your lead, LeadsBridge will provide a webhook URL and Google key.
During the ad setup on Google, you have to enable lead delivery by webhook and paste the URL and key. After pasting the information, it’s vital to send test data to ensure your webhook is working correctly.
Once you confirm the test data, you can now add the lead form to your campaign.
Beyond lead form extensions, LeadsBridge also allows you to connect to Google Customer Match. To improve conversion rates, you can show Google ads to people who are already your customers.
For example, if you want to run an ad for vehicle maintenance, it’s more effective to show the ad to people who bought vehicles from your dealership. All you have to do is upload your customer information as your custom audience.
Doing this manually will require downloading your list from an autoresponder like MailChimp and uploading it to Google. With LeadsBridge, you can eliminate this long process.
When you create a bridge with your CRM system, you can automatically obtain your customer lists for Google Customer Match.
Other platforms
Beyond Facebook and Google, creating bridges for LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns is simple.
For LinkedIn campaigns, you can create bridges for lead gen forms and matched audiences. Since LinkedIn is a professional platform, LeadsBridge has provided relevant integrations.
So, if you run a lead gen form, you can transfer your leads automatically to platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, and more. To make this work, you have to select LinkedIn gen forms as your source and your CRM as your destination.
From here, you’ll select your ad account, ad form, and advertiser account name. Then, select the destination and segment to which you want to add your new leads.
For matched audience, your LinkedIn ad account is the destination. To set up your destination, you have to include details such as name, sync period, and audience type.
The next step is to create your audience source. Your source will probably be your lead management system. Here, you can select a segment that represents your target audience.
If you’re running ads on Tiktok, LeadsBridge provides options to sync your leads to your CRM tool seamlessly.
